3. Subscription, Payments, and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers):
Generally, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing a subscription for digital content (our Service), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started.
Non-Refundable Payments:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Automatic Renewal:
To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current period.
Price Changes:
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Digital Services Conformity:
We are obligated to supply digital services that conform to the contract. If a service issue arises, please use our complaint procedure defined below.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

We appreciate feedback but may use it without obligation to you. Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.
